At this time, MYI NOIR is unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchases
- Personal preference
- Normal wear and tear
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- 📸 Clear photos of the item
- 📦 Photos of the packaging
- 🧾 Your order number
We'll review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- Another appropriate solution at our discretion
❌ Returns
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on worn, used, or opened jewelry items.
🚚 Shipping Information
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. MYI NOIR cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your carrier directly with your tracking number, then reach out to us at myinoir26@gmail.com if the issue is unresolved.
